Clients retain ownership of their data and proprietary materials. Custom AI models and workflows built specifically for clients may be subject to joint IP agreements depending on the project scope.
4. Use of Services

AI Workfllow reserves the right to suspend service delivery if payments are delayed beyond the agreed terms.

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, including data, workflows, and proprietary business logic. We will not disclose any such information without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.
7. Data Security & Privacy
We implement appropriate security measures to protect user data and project materials. Use of AI Workfllow’s services is also governed by our Privacy Policy which outlines how we collect, use, and store personal data.
8. Disclaimers
AI Workfllow provides services “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, absolute accuracy, or specific performance outcomes unless explicitly stated in a written contract.
We are not liable for damages arising from third-party tools, APIs, or infrastructure integrations beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Workfllow will not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Business interruptions, loss of profits, or data breaches caused by third-party vendors or clients’ internal systems.
- Client misuse or misconfiguration of deployed AI systems.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered must be cleared. AI Workfllow reserves the right to retain work delivered until full payment is received.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. For international clients, any legal disputes shall be resolved in a mutually agreed jurisdiction, or as defined in the contract.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the website or services after changes implies your acceptance.
